Premium brands service

I know that Omega has customer service problems, but to my surprise, so does ROLEX!
Seems that once the transaction happens, no one cares!
That's not what I would expect of premium brands.
How's everyone else's experiences with customer service/after service from other premium brands, besides Omega?
