First, welcome to Chronocentric! I was in your same position before about posting on the internet, but have since learned that the benefits of posting are tremendous indeed.

Second, don't be too hard on yourself. It's true that the 33xx's are plagued with problems, but everyone doesn't buy watches purely on mechanical innards alone do they? The way I look at it is that it's Omega's fault, not yours.....

Get it fixed, or exchange it if you feel compelled to.
