Hi Peter,

Firstly welcome & Congrats on your new watch...

Everyone posts for a first time. Mine was to ask if they ever made an Automatic moon watch with a date on it :-) ... it seems an embarassing question now.

OK, here's how I see it. You've spent some time researching your purchase BEFORE you bought it.

You know SOME of these 33xx powered watches have had problems. & despite this you bought one.

RESPECT!

& I mean that !

The watch obviously "spoke" to you, despite the minimal risk, you bought one, instead of taking the easy way out & buying something else.

So now you have a problem. Believe me, no-one here is laughing at you. I'd take the watch back under guarantee & ask /insist that it be repaired. There are enough documented cases of the chronograph problems and the watch is well within it's guarantee.

Try looking through Chuck's Blog he has documented some of the 33xx probs there.

Maybe you could argue that you thought the problems were solved & are disappointed at your second failurewith a NEW Omega.... & what are they going to do to restore your confidence ?

I'm sure you'd look good in an Omega baseball cap :-)

Please let us know how you get on.

All the Best

Steve
