I bought an Omega Seamaster 300M Chronometer(Ref : 2220.80.00) in December 2004. In January of this year i noticed that it was gaining time (gaining about an extra 15 minutes for each hour!). I returned it to the shop where i bought it and they advised me that i would have to pay for the repairs because the watch was one month outside of its warranty!!
I complained to Omega via the website but have still not yet received a reply. I am also still waiting for my watch to be returned!
Has anyone else had similar problems with their watch or with Omega Customer Service Section?
Any Suggestions???
