Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
The watch was running fine until January and this problem seemed to happen overnight.
I bought the watch from Beaverbrooks in England which is an authorised Omega dealer. I returned the watch to that shop and they said that they will return it to Omega in Switzerland on my behalf but i had to pay for a service (£280 G.B.P.) before they would return the watch. That was almost 2 months ago and i have still not heard from Omega or the jewellers regarding the status of the repair.
I emailed Omega customer services just after i returned the watch via their website and they advised me that they have passed my complaint to the U.K. customer services dept. I have still not recieved a reply since then.
Any other suggestions??
