The watch in the auction that you've linked to is NOT a fake.
The word "MEISTER" printed on the dial is actually the name of a Jeweller , who added their name to the dial ( Like Türler of Switzerland also do )
Here's a speedmaster example in the upcoming Antiquorum auction.
I'd also suggest that the watch in "your" auction is less of a "Rally Timer" & more of a "Match Timer". Notice the subdial with the colour change at the 45 minutes area. that suggests to me that it was designed for a match like football ( soccer to you Yanks).
I wish I'd seen it earlier, I'd have bid on that :-(
