My Decision; SMP AC or Speedy X-33?

I've almost payed off an SMP A.C. on layaway and I'm thinking of transfering funds to a Speedy X-33. I'd like both and may not wear the A.C. as often if I buy an X-33 too. I can justify the X-33 for it's Dual Time feature (Telecommunications uses GMT) & alarm features. My questions are....

Should I get both or simply swap for an X-33?

How many years will I get out of the SMP A.C. Automatic with infrequent (dress) use, provided it sees routine maintenance?

Omega's website X-33 function demo has Blue dial. Is the Speedy X-33 available with a Blue Dial?
