Looging for a fair price on Broad Arrow & question

I think I have decided that the Broad Arrow is the watch I would like to purchase as my first real watch. I am looking for an AD that will treat me right with competitive pricing on one.

As for the quesion: It seems like there is a new Broad Arrow with the 3313 movement and a commemorative "1957" on the dial (on the omega website). Is that the new 2007 model? When will that one be available and what kind of premium am I looking at compared to the 3303 version?
