Blue dial/blue bezel looks slightly bigger because of the amount of dark area. The blue/blue is a rather unique look, as black, white and silver watches are very common. This makes the blue version look more distinctive. Also looks great with jeans.
The white dial version looks great worn on *any* color strap. The shiny steel bezel shows fingerprints, and needs to be wiped occasionally.
Other than that, any differences are merely personal preferences. Good luck in your decision! You really can't go wrong either way.
