The GMT does use a different clasp--one that is mostly invisible and makes the bracelet look continuous.
But...if you want the Seamaster Pro bracelet, you should be able to have an authorized dealer order the GMT on the Pro bracelet for you. Omega usually does not like people swapping parts, but since this is simply a different Seamaster bracelet, they have not had a problem about it on the two cases I heard where someone did it.
