Thanks Derek for an excellent which has helped me a lot in this jungle of watches.

I read the section you stated but what I really meant was, are dealers allowed to sell watches like Omega brand new over the Internet. Like for example Ashford and Silvermagic?

Because if I ask a seller her back home they say you can't buy brand new Omegas over ther Internet.

What it true and false in this matter!
