Also as Glenn says the movement number is completely wrong for an Omega movement.
Whilst it is definately an 861 ( or Lemania 1873 derivative ) this is NOT an Omega movement.
Unfortunately it is fitted in a Gold plated Speedmaster MK II & being sold as genuine. :-(

As Joey says, Omega have never issued a movement finished as badly as the one pictured ( see below ). I believe the only Omega part in this movement is the part marked Omega. See the difference in finish ? I also think if the picture was better you'd see a more marked difference in the colours of the metals.
