:the best site that I've found regarding info on all things Omega is called Chronocentric .... it is invaluable with regard to getting info on your Omega. I found out more more about my Seamaster Pro and the history of almost every model of Omega watch here than any place I've been to on the Net. I remember reading info on your specific question when I was there.
