Back, for the first time since 1999!

Hi all.

I used to post here under a different handle back in the very earliest days of Zowie, when I had a 2541.80.

Well, I could resist the temptation no longer and have found and bought another one -- one of the last remaining new examples of these with a few quid knocked off. I thought I would regret it later if I didn't, once these original Bonds vanish from the supply chain to be replaced by the new (2007 model year) versions, which don't appeal to me in the same way.

Funny how things come full circle sometimes. . . my watch journey started with one of these back in 1995; now I've bought one again.

So sad about Derek. :-(
