Get the 8-digit serial number off the watch (probably inside) and email it to watch@omega.ch. They will be able to tell you as much as possible about your specific watch.
To try to figure the value, look for similar ones on used watch dealer websites.
It was not unusual for some watch dealers to add their name on the dial.
