You appear to have a 14k (European marking of 0.585) gold case, with fixed lugs (no spring bars), which may not be an Omega case, as the caseback has no Omega markings.
The movement dates from 1944-1947 and appears to be a 30mm, in this case a 30 T2 SC. To be sure, if you can examine the area under the balance wheel, you will see letters and numbers engraved that identify the movement. (Prior to 1949, this is how Omega marked movements.)
Nice watch -- the face has a great patina of age that can never be reproduced.
