PO Movement

Hello,

I have a PO 42mm, which I relly like but I can't stop wondering what the movement looks like inside, how large it is compared to the housing, understand there is a soft iron casing first, but is the movement shock protected like a Rolex submariner, is there much space etc..??

Does anybody have a picture of the watch opened up?

Thanks and apprieciate if u can satifiy this curiosity that I cannot seem to get over!
