I have the watch below. It is almost 4 years old and recently has stopped working.
It will not hold power for more than a few minutes and the chronograph (stopwatch) function stopped working. The pusher for the chronograph doesn't push all the way in.
Does this sound like something that requires the watch being sent to Basel? I'm in Houston, TX USA.
