You're correct, Quartz shouldn't say Chronometre...

You're correct, Quartz shouldn't say Chronometre. Either the watch is wrong or the seller is misleading you. You be the judge as to what you should do with such a situation.

Also the second hand isn't lining up with the indices as it would with a quartz.
