When using this type of software you enter the time you want the bid to be placed (say 30 seconds before closing) and your max bid.
The software will enter all bids at the given time, its no different then a situation where 2 bidders are placing the bids at the same time. The "process" then reverts to the auction site software which will determine the high bidder based on the higher bid.
