If you look at my reply in that thread ( called "Memomatic - some details " ) there's some basic info in there, there's also a link to a webpage from Chuck Maddox, clearly showing the 2 different case types that were available.
I now think there are 3 different case types available ... see this Omega Brochure from Richard Grimmel
