I actually offer, "free of charge", an accuracy tracking excel spreadsheet to anyone who asks.
It does all the "math" (converts all your input data into "sec/day" error) and graphs the results. It's easy to use and I've sent it to hundreds of people over my several years of "watch forum" reading.
