Normally only a few days if you contact Omega in Switzerland at watch@omega.ch. But how polite and choerent your request was may speed up or impair their ability to answer.
Also, make sure YOUR email is working right, or you won't receive their response. I know it seems simple, but many people screw up their own email address when they contact people--leaving the other party unable to get a response back to them.
