QUESTIONS FOR A NEWBIE

Hi folks,
My dad's has a pair of vintage omegas (circa 1970) that I would like to get back to their beauty...
Here is a picture of the watch: http://www.antiquewatchcouk.com/omega/omegaseablabraxx4.jpg
Watch number 1 is missing the crown, needs a general cleaning and the back does not snap on properly.
Watch number 2 has all components, winds up properly but the glass is scratched.
Interested in obtaining a guesstimate on what the cost to repair might be.
Further, if anyone knows a good repair person in NYC or long island, i would appreciate the contact information.
Thank you!
