Hello Dan,
If you have replaced a battery in the past you will not have a problem with this one.
Buy a top quality battery ie. Maxell or Renata - definately not a cheap and cheerful one which will probably leak and wreck your watch in just a few weeks! I buy Renata batteries in boxes of 10 for about £4 (approx $8) but you may pay about the same for one battery from a jeweller.
When you take the old battery out check which way round it was fitted to make sure the new one goes in correctly.
