Based on my experience I find it difficult to believe that my SMP was actually tested at all.
I don't think that you should have to "break-in" the watch and then return it to Omega for adjustment, just to get the mediocre COSC level of accuracy.
I do understand that the conditions of use of a watch are beyond anyone's control but all my testing was done without wearing the watch and keeping it at a consistent temperature and in the same position.
