The 120 and the "Bond" use the *exact* same movements. The bracelets and cases are basically the same, except for the higher depth rating and extra diver's features (rotating bezel, helium valve, diver's clasp) on the Bond.

So there really are no differences between them that would make one any better than the other in performance or durability!

The biggest difference is that the 120 is also suitable as a dress watch, while the Bond is too clearly a sports watch to be considered proper to wear with a conservative business suit or tuxedo.
