I have the white face SM120. I have no difficulty seeing the hands in 90% of day light situations. They catch the light well and sparkle, and in other conditions they look dark and elegant against the white face. It's quite a special face for a special watch and I highly recommend it. It certainly isn't a highly legible sports watch but it isn't suppose to be.
Sorry I can't provide a scan of the 120. I would like to see a scan but I don't think this could replace actually seeing it in the flesh to get some idea of its legibility and reflective qualities.
