Know what this is?

Got an Omega from my Father. he can only remember that he bought it in 1957. It is solid gold with an 18 on one band lug. It says Tachymeter on the face, split on either side of the very top of the face above the v-(Tachy 60 Meter). The watch has a white face with only "OMEGA" above the center point of the hands. The watch has a stop watch with three small dials at 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock that count seconds, min and hours. The buttons for the stop watch are flat rectangular lug type buttons. I have been unable to find any information about this watch or photos of the model. Any help?
