I think you misunderstood. I realize the number you are refering to was on the box. However, if you send the serial number to Omega, they will be able to conclusively match the serial number with the correct model number. Then you will know for sure whether you received a 2531.80 or not. If it turns out that your watch is the Bond model, then the dealer probably switched the boxes by accident, as Derek mentioned.
