I've been to one dealer that offered it to me for
around $1900 and no tax(6%). Can I do better?
If by any chance you will go or pass Hong Kong in the near future, you can definitely do better there. I passed through HK twice this summer, the price for 3523.30 or 3523.80 was equivalent to US$1,412. You could get this price from any authorized dealer. Of course, then, you will have to consider custom tax when you bring it back.
