I own the similar Breitling Aerospace. As multi-function quartz watches go, both are excellent and much dressier looking than their more complex (and bigger) counterparts like the X-33 and B-1.
The Seamaster has the case and bracelet of the SM 120, and as such, is a more substantial watch than the Aero, especially the Aero with the "Aerospace" rolled link bracelet.
Some find the single crown control awkward. It's okay once you work with it for a while.
