Re: Seamaster Multi-function experience? Help!

I was really intrigued by this watch initially, and then I started having second thoughts. One of the things I really wanted in a new watch was adequate luminescence at night (which it does not). I also had a hell of a time setting it. Spinning the crown produces an interesting delayed response of the hands, but it was awfully slow and vague to me.

As multifunctions go, it's better than most of the alternatives. The X-33 is ridiculously expensive. I don't care much for any of the Breitling designs. The Revue Thommen is not near as elegant since the LCD screen is blatantly pasted on the dial compared to the much more innovative Omega style.
