If you want a LNIB watch, try the salescorner at timezone (see link below). You should be able to find some good deals there. If you shop around you should be able to find an authorized Omega dealer that will offer up to a 35% discount on NEW watches. I would stay away from the grey market dealers, because many of them remove the serial numbers from the watches they sell. Never accept a watch without the serial number in tact.
