They Sell Omegas with the Serial Number Removed...

Personally, I wouldn't buy from WorldWatches.com. Here is there policy on selling Omegas without Serial Number:

Omega Trademark

All the Omega watches that we sell are first class, brand new, genuine, in the original fancy box with papers and our 3-year buckle-to-buckle warranty. We buy our watches from the watch manufacturer through other members of a manufacturer's distributing channel like authorized dealers or master distributors. We do not alter any watch but some of our suppliers do remove their identification number to protect their identity from the back of the watch, the back of the watch looks untouched. The reason for it is that Omega prohibits dealers from discounting. This procedure is common for companies that discount these watches but does not affect the accuracy or water tightness in anyway. If the watch ever needs servicing within three-years just mail the watch to us and we will have the watch repaired at NO charge (our suppliers use only genuine parts, if needed). The one-year warranty is not valid. You may send the watch for service to us any time after the 3-year period but minimum service charge will be applied. Our company is committed to customer satisfaction --- we have thousands of satisfied customers.
