Dear Omega,
Please find enclosed my Omega Seamaster GMT model 2538.20.00, Movement Number 8010XXXX.
The purchase date was June 30, 2001. I have also included the Warranty Card.
I accidentally dropped the watch on its crown, and it is no longer operating. I understand this watch is not under warranty.
Please contact me with the cost of repairing this watch. I trust you will do the finest job of repair that can be accomplished.
Sincerely,
Keith Downing
