For Polished bezels and case sections, do the following.
Get yourself 3 grades of diamond compound paste,
maybe a 10micron, 2 micron, 0.5micron grades.
get some soft cloth, and apply a very small amount of the 10 micron onto the cloth, and then rub the scratched sections, use your finger tip to do this. Then buff clean, then repeat with 2micron and followed by 0.5micron, apply the compound on to clean sections of the cloth, make sure you use as small an amount as possible.
This will leave you with a patek type deep polished finish.
