Lets see, for those of us who are metric-handicapped, I believe that translates to:
5'9" tall, 175 lbs, and about a 7.5 inch wrist.
I'd recommend the men's(full) size for you.
From comments I have received from hundreds of owners, generally men who are near or above average weight and height prefer the men's size. This is supported by reports from Omega that the men's size SMP is much more popular in Europe and the USA, while the mid is the better seller in areas like Japan.
Interestingly, wrist size seems to have the *least* to do with which size SMP works best on a person. Even guys with particularly skinny wrists (mine are 6.5" / 16.5 cm) often choose the men's size SMP.
