I don't doubt for a minute that Derek is correct. However, there are a few exceptions. I'm 6'5" 245 and, because of my relatively smaller wrist size, I think the mid-size Seamster looks best on me.
Size is probably even a more subjective choice than quartz v. automatic. I still am constantly noodling on that one!! (LOL)
