Both will sell used for somewhere in the range of 40-55% of their original retail price--depending on condition. The titanium versions cost more new, so will still cost somewhat more than steel models on the used market.
Scratches on titanium are easily taken care of using a microlon sponge available from Omega. After you get your watch, contact them and they should be able to send you one.
