The factory. Seriously. Call Omega customer service. Leather straps typically are in the $70-150 range.
But any brand of strap would do fine unless you just gotta have one that says Omega on the underside (where nobody else sees) or in the buckle (where virtually nobody sees it).
Almost all Omega watches with replaceable straps can use any make of strap as long as you select the correct width.
