Depends what you mean by healthy. Should be fine to wear the watch only part of the time. It won't damage it or wear it out or anything like that.
The only limitation is that wearing an automatic part time is usually NOT enough to keep it wound. Remember, it is not simply the WEARING, but the movement WHILE wearing that winds an automatic. People who wear an automatic less than 10 hours a day often find that that is not enough to keep it going continiously without having to supplement by manually winding it at least once or twice a week.
