Dunno about swisswatchesdirect. I actually got my 2252.50 on eBay a while back. Just make sure it comes with everything (box, warranty card, pictogram card, chronometer certificate, manual, card holder, and tags).

: Having looked at the limited addition black dial james bond
: seamaster chronometer (212.30.41.20.01.001) i wasnt keen on it
: due to the 007 on the second hand in my opinion looking a bit
: gimicky. I then found on swisswatches direct a black dial
: chronometer (212.30.41.20.01.002) and black dial quartz watch
: (212.30.41.61.01.001) - basically the same as the blue dial
: versions already available. Having then refered back to the
: omega website these two models arent on the site, a google
: search also drew a blank, i spoke to a chap at
: swisswatchesdirect and he said that these two versions are brand
: new and that they will be replacing the black dial seamaster
: (2254.50.00) with lines marking the numbers instead of circles
: on the james bond.
: Does anybody know whether this chap is correct? Are these older
: versions? any comments on swisswatchesdirect as a supplier?
: All information welcome.
: Thanks
