I agree

: back. This I am coming to the conclusion is an excellent addition
: for those fans of Speedie Moons. I say this as it allows for one
: to gaze or become become lost in a time space warp. The movement
: is a jewel. No blue screws, or decorations on the plate. What
: you see when looking at it is a mechanical marvel, clean,
: robust, and performing the the mission it was designed for. To
: withstand the rigors of space travel and all the various forces
: tugging and pulling. Here at home it also faces challenges,
: doorway frames, desk edges, falling to the floor when taking it
: off. I have three Moonies; the one I just described, a Moon to
: Mars and a new basic Moonie. However should you have a chance to
: find a transparent back model. Look at it.

I agree with you on all counts Mr Holmes. Its one of my favorite movements that has stood the test of time.
I'm pretty fond of those Speedmasters myself.
