He was the greatest resource ever for Speedmasters, and pretty darn good with a lot of other chronographs as well. In addition to his knowledge about many things, Chuck also had a tenedency to make things exciting when talking about them.
I started on the forums about the same time as Chuck and never saw anyone like him with his dedication to searching out the facts about watches which interested him and then compiling that information to share with others. The time and work Chuck contributed was enormous, and he has left behind a wealth of information for all to enjoy.
He is sadly missed.
