Thank you all for the info, i took it to a local mom and pop type jewelry store in alabama where they also work on watches, they did tell me that if time and money was not an object they could probibly locate the ness. parts, they did also say that this particular omega was nothing special and was not worth really sinking several hundred dollars into it . the estimate for this "heart transplant" is approx. 100.00. it is a nice looking watch and i wear it only as a dress watch so to me i guess it is worth it, i am not a collector or anything like that
