Thanks for replying! Another question I have is, when setting the time, does it matter if you move the hands backwards to set it, rather than advancing them forwards? The reason I ask is that I have seen advice on manual wind watches stating that you can break the movement by moving the hands backwards when setting the time especially in watches where the second hand doesn't stop! Again the instruction manual does not advise of this!
