Omega Seamaster auto chronometer (questions)

I was handed down an omega seamaster and have a couple questions if anyone can help. On the dial it says 'Omega' (obviously) at the top, and 'Seamaster Automatic Chronometer' at the bottom....does not state the meter range or anything. It is a white wavy dial, and by looking at the serial number, im thinking that it was made around 2002 (or so.....the number begins 60). It has the classic seamaster bracelet with the gold logo on it. First, if you have any information about the watch that would be great because i cant find any description about this partucular watch anywhere on the net. I am also looking to possibly sell the watch so if you can give me an idea of what the watch is worth in good condition that would be great also. If you need pictures, I can try to take a couple for you. Thanks
