Sending it in for repairs

I have been having problems with my Double Eagle Constellation.
It's an automatic watch and it constantly dies on me even when I wear it for 15+ hours.
I tried winding it and shaking it constantly but the watch still doesn't run well.

I called Omega and they told me to send it to:
SGUS Repairs
55 Metro Way Suite #1
Secaucus, New Jersey 07094

I was wondering if anyone has gone through this process and what their experience with it has been like. I am kinda wary of sending it in, because I am afraid it might get lost in the mail or maybe get lost on their site before I receive some type of confirmation. It would be very helpful if anyone could share their experience with such matters with me.

Thanks a bunch,
Alan
