: I am thinking of purchasing a used Omega ART (1987 like in the
: collector section in the Omega site). These watches were limited
: to 999 pieces for the 40mm size. I wonder if anybody has an
: ideea of the actual value of such item. Any replies would be

Hi I have one of these sweet Art watches, I bought it about 6 years ago in Australia second hand. I never realised until recently it was made in 1987! It still looks brand new. I have had to buy a new strap twice and they are quite expensive around £50 uk pounds so the last one I bought in Spain and was only equivalent to £15 pounds but that was about 3 years ago. It has to have this special Omega strap you can't use another type of stap I don't believe. I have only just found out about this watch eg it was called an Art watch etc. Enjoy it, I love mine.
